When I don't do Wim Hof...

When I'm editing in the title and just checking my Vlog before uploading sometimes I listen back at myself like this, where I'm ranting about something and I kind of laugh at myself. I can say things really extreme. It's just the way I am, when I'm hurting...I can throw my words around.

I'm doing the Wim Hof technique so regularly now that when I don't do it, wow do I feel the difference!

I can see why my day doesn't go well. I believe in this method so much for overcoming almost ...

To say 2020 has been strange is an understatement. The planet is on its way to an ascension and the shifts are immense. Both globally, planetary and personally. My personal shift is unfolding. I feel there is so much change, I can barely hold on to catch up. You may have noticed since the end of August I haven’t been so present. Well, my phone got flooded with water, and the screen started flashing green. It’s still not fixed, so I have my old cracked phone which cannot make videos. Then ...

It has been three days since I've been trying to upload the next video...I don't know if it's internet or Vimeo...if this doesn't upload, I'll just make a new video....and we'll forget this one..

My phone fell in some water, so it's in the repair shop, fingers crossed. I only have my imac for videos at present.

Sadly I may lose the video where I'm learning ukulele and I made up a rather cool song..

This Saturday is the funeral of a friend of mine.

It's funny how I introduced nudity, with the intention of thinking how our lives would be if we were always naked, and then it became a THING and not ordinary at all! My plan didn't work! LMAO

While I'm loving my new home in an exciting city (opposite side of the country from where
I previously lived),  I find myself missing my old town. It was home for almost 3 years, and I've been moving around for about 10. I'm actually craving some form of "permanence" now-at least for a little while!  It was fun making home wherever I was, and that is still my philosophy, but it'll be nice to settle down. :)
