This photo reminds me of the kind of faces I would have in really early photos of me as a kid. Mischievous, wind swept and messy but happy. It's easy to happy by the sea, on a day when the sea is turquoise and you live fifteen minutes walk from a bay...and it's hard not to laugh when you realise you're being watched by someone you didn't expect to see you do a naked photoshoot...what can you do eh?

When we went down to do this photo shoot, it was a week where I was feeling stifled by sitting at the computer, and Petra ordered me to get outside and go do a photo shoot. I found this new part of the bay where it was so clear I could see sand beneath. I jumped in and it felt wonderful....but I hadn't realised quite how difficult it would be to climb out!

Nude Yoga
Let's start the morning with some yoga, and ease my body back into a much needed stretch.
Nude yoga was one of my requested video's for this month, and there will be more to come.
My challenge to you today is to follow my moves and try them for yourself.

15 minute meditation
This video is for @CI one of my most loyal patrons, who requested a meditation video. I hope you find this calming. I've reduced the wind as much as possible, whilst keeping the authenticity of the moment, which was meditating on a very windy morning. You can also hear birds, maybe the odd donkey, possibly a plane. Even when sounds are annoying, my teacher taught me to embrace whatever 'is'. Shower time
Got back from the horse farm. Time for a shower.
I decided to have two types of soap today in one shower. Coconut and lemongrass, vegan soap, and then one from L'occitane. I much prefer soaps, they last longer. And like flowers, i like soaps with beautiful fragrance.
It's Saturday and I have a lot of work to do. I'm wondering if hard work ever pays off?
