Nude Yoga

Nude yoga was one of my requested video's for this month, and there will be more to come.
My challenge to you today is to follow my moves and try them for yourself.

I would be so proud of you for having a go. Just take it easy at your own pace, and if it feels good to do it naked, and it's warm enough, go for it!
