...I have a lot of opinion stuff on this scene in particular that doesn't belong in a translators' note, so Imma dump that in the comments. I should warn you up front, I talk about some negative stuff and get a little emotional down there.

Hold on won, and this'll be my last patch for the year. 

That's 32 scenes from Sadistic Women, 9 from SSRB, and 9 assorted comissions brings me to a full fifty VN H-scenes translated for the year. I'd be very satisfied if I could do 4/5 of that in 2019. Second goal - make more TLing nsfw stuff than I spend on it myself (got a ways to go there).

Anyways, starting from Sunday I'll have the whole New Year holiday to enjoy. Among other things that means the new G4M and comiket 95...

-I went back and made sure the save file I'm including has everything up to this point. And not that it matters, but the continue point is from the school route branch, with choices made according to Patron prefs.

-As always thanks for being patient. I don't normally make promises/talk about pace, but my goal here is to get at least one more scene out before NYE, which should, in theory, be doable.

This is the last H-scene of the route chronologically. Now I have to go back and do the one we skipped, and then it'll be time for editing and another patch. I'm going to put out a patch with scene 12/work scene 3 before patch C.

Before even finishing, I'm clocking in at 134 TL notes for this route. I'd like to keep it under 150 - I may be overrelying on the notes to make my lines convey atm.

Sidenote: My primary laptop actually died this week, but I had enough backed up that I was able to take the last patch, extract my own translation, and rebuild my whole program setup on an external disk + a 10 year old backup. Dodged a huge bullet there, but I'm still gonna have to find a viable longterm solution.

This one took longer than I expected, owing mainly to the cultural references - two in particular where I actually had to read some full news articles in Japanese to figure out what someone meant.

Fwiw, my approximate character count on this segment was about 121,000 Japanese characters (the opening was about 80,000), and I covered it in just under 3 months. Space-wise, 517kb out of a total 1760kb of scenario file...

Picking up the pieces after a whirlwind of a Comiket Sunday, I managed to put this together. Now that drafts are done for all 10 scenes in this segment, it's time to edit for the second public patch.

As stated in the tiers, I will do all common routes before moving on to the character routes, so next comes the Work common route.

I did not expect to hit 7500 characters in like 2 days. Thank the fun factor; this ended up maybe legit being my favorite scene in any VN to translate thus far. It's just such a heavy power trip for one of the characters involved.

(I'd have to go back and check, but the shortlist for that title would have to include the dog tricks/TV scenes in Tsumugi-sama, the electrode scene in Chindere, and the contract scene in SSRB. That said, I already know all of the above are going to be outstripped by...

I will say, I've gotten a lot better at freestyling sound effects since the first time I had to do a scene like this for Tsumugi-sama way back when. This was a scene which let me feel a lot of personal growth as I TLed it.

Note: This scene is pretty short, and the game splits this overall bit into 2 H-scenes (like the first pair of scenes on the route). That said, the party line here is to release after every H-scene, as defined by the game, so it's up if you're thirsty.

Note on the patch file name - By the game's labeling system, the work route is numerically ahead of the school route, and contains scenes 010-020. The school route contains scenes 021-030. Because we're doing the school route first, the labels will be out of numerical order for a bit (corresponding to the last translated h-scene).

Alright, people, voting is closed. And, in accordance with that vote, we're off to school with Kyouko, where all manner of legitimate (?) business (?) transactions await. The first scene of this route is a long one, but I'll get cracking on it starting tomorrow with a fresh set of fingers.
