Questions About Paid Video Websites

Over the New Year break, though, I spoke with some creators who are very interested conceptually in the idea of putting out English versions of their stuff. However, it's been expressed to me that the English version of dlsite as a vending platform is less than ideal for a few different reasons (often rejecting credit cards, poor quality of translations and plot summaries, etc.).
So with that in mind, I have a few questions for people who use paid sites, if you have time to answer them:
a) What paid site(s) do you use to buy 18+ videos or audio?
b) Have you ever had a problem with processing and/or customer service on any of them?
c) Is there any one site in particular you prefer to use?

Iirc mangagamer and jast deal solely in games and maybe manga (last I checked - they’re blocked in Japan). I’ve lately been having more conversations with people who specialize in doujin audio/drama CDs potentially interested in subtitled versions, and idk if I could use those sites for that.
