Okay so it's hump day! I was going just for some faces study but got carried away with that in mind. You see the sketchy vibe at the... bottom, hem, and also the dirty paper cause my dirty fingers touched the graphite & went all over hahaha!!!

Exhibition & Signing at Cyclone BD Comiccon

As promised, a very short selection of some pictures taken during the events. First are the launch of the exhibition. I had 3 artworks at the beginning but the owners wanted more artworks to expand the exhibition outside. I even made a video showing the 6 illustrations, when I uploaded this on my Youtube channel, i will show you. It was a big success during the whole event, very talked about, all the more there were for a first in an erotic event some men naked! Can you believe that?!! XD

Armpit ecstasy (step by step)

One of the hardest panel I ever made! The pose, the looks & expressions, the background, the sweat, everything was challenging.

One step is specific here with the speedlines: until the end I was not sure I wanted them or not. I'm not ready to draw some unless real movement involved and I pictured this as a snapshot of their ultimate bond at that special moment. But I think it goes better with those speedlines when you see the page with the balloons.

New Exhibition & Comiccon!

5 days Comiccon starting tomorrow in Saint Denis La Réunion island 😃 It's the tenth anniversary edition & they create a very first: an exhibition of erotic comics & drawings, hehe! So I'm gonna have 3 sexy artworks of mine displayed amongst other artists' pieces. I'm so delighted as it's an unexpected event, and I have two exhbitions at the same time, a first, yay!

Eye contact (step by step)

This is a very difficult pose,  with the arm coming to us & the head twisting to see back. But it went okay, and the jungle I added everywhere gives them a sort of room in their finally new intimacy!

Sam & Nathan Drake fanart (NSFW)

This is a commission just drawn for Nicholas, and I'm pretty happy with the result, mixing different techniques & lessons i've learned working hard these past months on LUST comic & other stuff.

This is a wip cropped preview, I'll send the final piece to its owner very soon, hehe!

I don't draw much tattoos, unlike many other artists. I guess I rather the flesh nude, but sometimes I find them attractive, mostly when the tattoos have a very graphic design, enhancing the body.

Sleepy Hump Day

Well, I sometimes get the chance to prove myself I can draw quicker, it took me 1 hour for this piece.
The explanation is simple: no face, no hair XD BUT, and it's a big butt (indeed), I could have struggled on this amazing perspective & the foot, that's not my forte. It went all smoothly so I'm happy, and it was cool to play with the thick lines to emphase that perspective.

New BAD BEARRY exhibition in Lyon!

This one was NOT expected & I'm so happy it's happening, all the more I have another exhibition starting at the end of the month, hehe, a very first for me: 2 at the same time!! XD

To explain simply, I had an exhibition in Lyon in early 2016, but as I had to go back to my new home, an island far away, good friends of mine kept all the frames when the exhibition was over and stored all of it for months. Until they saw an opportunity for a new one in a new place, hehe! So cool!!

How to handle a tie (step by step)

I especially love that panel of page 15 from LUST: it's clear we see them bonding together, having connection, eye contact, and it annonces it's gonna grow until the final climax.

The shading was essential there, I almost wanted something darker, but it works out fine this way.

The bamboo forest is the perfect final touch for this intimate scene.

Sometimes you get back to a drawing and realize waaaaay too late you messed up something, even the whole thing. In that case, I was really happy with the result, like REALLY. Today, while producing the step by step file you see know, I see there's just a tiny lil problem with the drawing: it missed the likeness with the actual model!! XD For a simple reason: he's much thiner than the beefy version I drawn hahaha!! BUT the funny thing is he looks much more like a potential new character I wanna s...

Handing over the reins (step by step)

In this step by step, you can witness I didn't want a heavy jungle background to mix with the ongoing action, so I chose to vanish parts of it.

I like the evolution of the action between the two, you have so much more to discover, believe me, hehe! This angle offered me to draw his back in effort. I also went for a helpless hand that emphasis the emotion.

Last point, I knew from the start I wanted to rotate a bit the image, so it's not made during the layout, as I can do for some panels,...

Need help with your tie?

A lil preview from what's coming next weeks in the comic LUST. I couldn't resist showing you this panel (cropped from page 16) cause I just can't get enough of this furrrrrrrrry chest, hehe!!

As the action going on, I add more & more sweaty details, and I just love how it's... dressing up a body! A bit like hair, indeed.

Once again, as far as I enjoy drawing eyes, and their expression, my work with this storyline makes me discover how expressing closed-eyes can be!

Crying in the ink

Another little quickie inkie I did back at the comiccon. I kept it to put some colors on when I got time, it's crazy how the process changed this little drawing on the bottom corner of a sheet! The whole thing is stylized manga style, far from what you're used to see from me, hehe!

BUMP! (Step by step)

This is how was built the main panel from page 13. As you see on the upper corner I needed a bit more space above the head, so I went on the second panel (you see my signing and some leftovers hair!). I think I still need to erase my signing for the final version on this panel cause you might see it through the jungle, hehe!

Anyway, you also see two stages for the background. It makes sense as it was really busy here. I still have a huge stone in front of the main character, not sure if it's g...

At the time I draw this one, I didn't come with the step by step idea, si I didn't manually scan each stage as you see me do for some of my artworks. But I did create the color atmosphere this week, so I can show you how I made it, for once.

Movember, Tom of Finland style

I've been told my style is very inspired by the Master of us all, Tom of Finland. I guess it must be true as I recall clearly having my first... wet emotions as a teenager discovering his work on some random magazine!

It's about time I pay him a modest tribute. For sure I'm mixing my style here, lines & shading are not the way he used to perform them, but the face is such his trademark!!

If you don't know his art, I urge you to research online, his legacy is unbelievable.
