Armpit ecstasy (step by step)

One of the hardest panel I ever made! The pose, the looks & expressions, the background, the sweat, everything was challenging.

One step is specific here with the speedlines: until the end I was not sure I wanted them or not. I'm not ready to draw some unless real movement involved and I pictured this as a snapshot of their ultimate bond at that special moment. But I think it goes better with those speedlines when you see the page with the balloons.
You see the original drawing is not tilted like it is in the page, where it fits better in the layout & expresses the dynamic.
