Manu Gassó on the beach (step by step)

Sometimes you get back to a drawing and realize waaaaay too late you messed up something, even the whole thing. In that case, I was really happy with the result, like REALLY. Today, while producing the step by step file you see know, I see there's just a tiny lil problem with the drawing: it missed the likeness with the actual model!! XD For a simple reason: he's much thiner than the beefy version I drawn hahaha!! BUT the funny thing is he looks much more like a potential new character I wanna see coming to the LUST comic next chapter. Maybe I was under influence, who knows? XD
About the steps here, you can notice I worked the hair lighter than usual, exactly how I did with the Jacko Vs. Deimos fanart. Still not use to this, as I'm much more into high contrast, like what you see in the LUST comic pages. But I have the feeling a smoother look fits better with the notion of light hairy patterns.
I like the way the sand & its shadow render, I thought about spending much more time on it but I needed to draw this quickly, I guess it worked out.
