a screenshot of my clipstudio thing for you all, I'm mainly using sketch 2 for painting and I modify its opacity from 60-100 depending on necessity. so far 80-ish opacity works wonders for me.
I'm planning to draw a little comic/booklet/ads on egg cycles, and products for cephies little bits, even the one that reef uses lol

some experimental interpretations of their shells into humanoid shapes.
some designs have the shell opposite and other have them in the front. frankly I'm leaning on the front due to nautilus's having modified tentacles there, which can act as a lid to for them to cover their bodies IRL. It's a bit hard for me to mentally grasp but it got better as I saw more and more anatomical and photos of nautiluses.

onori has a complex over his own bodily issues, true in canon, true in this little comic. he's so unsure, that even faced with reef's obvious indifference to it, he's still apprehensive.

Edit lol: To remind ;) onori and in general, cephalopods have no real tongue! Nothing soft anyways if they do. Reef has a sharp radula tongue with isn’t very comforting to use on someone‘s skin. but it could I guess? be used if you like some damage haha.
onori has a radula too, but it’s fused with his lower pallet and cant really move outside of his mouth. He has a very efficient inner mouth for eating… but not for any bjs or eating out somebody :,(

woooo, now onto those doodle requests!
first page lined and colored fully on clip studio using my new setup. took a while, but the ease of text and effects are godsend compared to procreate. though the brush in procreate was more fun to use in lining and shading compared to clip. ill have to experiment more to make sure.
over all im happy at finallu completing this page after so much time.
