We were blessed with the sun setting for this shoot. I've always smiled at the play on words of Elton John and George Michael's song "Don't let the sun go down on me"

This is one of my favourite shots. It was fun doing this video. Growing up my walls were covered in pictures of vogue from the 90s, and this whole thing of looking "cool", not having any emotion or expression, was just always how models posed. When I get to thinking about what "cool" means, I realise that it simply means "cold". Why was this look of 'not giving a fuck' adopted by fashion models, maybe it was to not distract from the clothes?

Carnival

Tonight I went to the carnival here in Gozo. For me there is something magic about the costumes, a night where everyone gets to be someone else.

Stillness

This last month has been a month that has not had much stillness. With the launch of my new tier, there were 21 days where I did not stop, what with volunteering on the farm. Going to London meant meditation became harder to keep up. I squeezed so much into those few days, mostly moving things from one place to another, packing and repacking. For this episode, we created it on the style that models pose in in magazines, where they look like they're depressed and miserable despite getting paid a few thousand bucks. Hence my I could give a fuck, face AKA resting bitch face.

On bullying

Last night some women stone walled me, which brought up painful memories of being bullied at 16.

Bullying, emotional or physical is a really difficult storm to navigate through. Maybe it's purpose is for us to grow into our strength and to not allow others to harm and blank us. Being blanked is such a cruel form of bullying. I don't tolerate bullies in my life. Even now I am learning how to stand up for myself against dominance behaviour.

Travelling...

Hello delicious patrons,

I made an impromptu trip to London, to see my cats, my parents, pick up more of my things, and in this whirlwind of a barely four day trip, I accidentally packed way too much in, and todays Vlog is on its way...I am just editing it now...and it will be with you. I want you to know, that whether you know it or not, I am thinking of you and the content I am making for you.

You are  always present on my mind.

This trip home has taught me a lot, and...
