Stillness

With the launch of my new tier, there were 21 days where I did not stop, what with volunteering on the farm. Going to London meant meditation became harder to keep up. I squeezed so much into those few days, mostly moving things from one place to another, packing and repacking. I have moved from place to place to place. London to Gozo is 11 hours travelling door to door, and I love travelling because it's a chance to write, which is something I can happily do for hours at a time.
Pausing is important, because it is in the stillness that we feel all the energy we created in the action. It let's the dust settle, and reminds us how far we have come and how so many things are growing.
The hot water of a bath or shower, as you know, is like a cocoon for me. It's time when I can be by myself without having to do anything but surrender to the flow of water caressing my skin.
I am sorry if I have not always shared every step of my journey, and if it feels like there are gaps in time. For me part of authenticity is doing things in flow and not against my own natural current. Moving house so many times has definitely taken me out of the flow of my vlogs, and I look forward to the end of April where I will be in my new home. I am planning to set up cameras in my house, so that filming can flow "big brother" style in my house, so that whenever I feel a vlog coming on..I am ready to flow......
