Day 2 Uncensored Self Connection Experiment-Loneliness
This new experiment to Vlog after I've meditated is an interesting one. Weirdly the more I meditate, the more I want to meditate. And one hour doesn't even feel enough.

Self Connection Experiment-Day 1
I decided to start a self connection experiment.
I am going to meditate for one hour a day, at least, and record my Vlog after.
Patrons will get the uncensored version. I will make the YouTube version over on YouTube. This is part of the Authenticity Challenge, and I will post other Vlogs too. I'm curious to see what a difference it will make doing a minimum of one hour a day of meditation.

Meditating on feelings
When I feel things intensely, the best way I know is to just sit and feel. I don't always understand the world and the people in it and too many different interactions with people whose behaviour I don't understand leaves me feeling so full of energy, I just have to be with it until it dissolves.
