Paperback has been getting unwanted attention of an anti-piracy firm because of which we have to take down all the content on the social media platforms (namely Twitter and YouTube) that show any serialised manga, this includes thumbnails and chapter pages.
Going forward we will be taking necessary precautions to not show any information which we don't have permission for.

First and foremost, my apologies to everyone who has recently messaged for support on Patreon and haven't gotten a reply.
The reason why that has happened is becuase of the sheer number of messages being received and the way Patreon functions, it takes way too long for messages to load and the inbox UI is not all that amazing.

After a long wait, it's finally here. This release fixes a host bugs with the last version and overall improves on the stability and reading experience.

Paperback finally has an Apple Developer account now thanks to one of the Discord server members and Patron Sirus#0721 and with that, the first App Store release is available for everyone to download here.

Following the approval of an Apple Dev account, the latest build (b8.1.2) has been pushed to TestFlight. Going forward, all beta builds will be pushed to TestFlight exclusively.

In the past half month, I have started to implement the support for community developed manga source extensions. However, due to initial goals of having MangaDex as the exclusive source, a lot of features were baked in to work solely with MD, this has caused an entire rebuild of the foundation of the app to support multiple sources. I haven't been active on here as much as I'd like mainly because of the insane amount of work that I've had to do in the past month or so. Changelog:
- Added support for using the app with a slow or no connection (no chapter downloading yet, next update for sure).
- Manga details for followed mangas are stored offline so you can view the manga page with slow or no internet.
- Chapters are now synced with MD even if you don't have the manga followed on MD it will still mark it and also keeps track of the read chapters locally.
