Status Update
Added 2020-11-19 20:50:42 +0000 UTCIt's been a while since I've done something like this, huh. So let's discuss the state of the app at the moment and where things are headed.
As of version 0.3.0-b11.1.0 the app is in a state where I would consider it to be pretty stable, there are a few bugs here and there and some places where polish is required but in terms of overall usability I think it's pretty solid, that said, I have been paying attention to the occasional feedback from everyone on Discord as well as the Github page and will soon be getting to implement stuff from it.
Now, why are the updates taking so long? Simply put, I am working on some major features at the moment, one of them being the whole library rework as some of the Patrons might have seen in the Alpha version of the app. Another feature that is in the works right now is the ability to sync your whole library across multiple devices and get rid of that annoying "Login with Patreon" popup that comes up whenever you switch devices or have an unstable network connection.
Along with all this, an App Store build will be rolling out in the next couple of weeks. Apple has been causing random issues with not reviewing the builds but that will hopefully be sorted out in the coming weeks. Aside from that, there's a lot of things planned for the app that should improve the overall experience even more.
I have also opened the Alpha track for everyone on the Supporter++ tier, if you want access to the less tested and sometimes broken builds to test the latest features and provide feedback on them before they hit beta DM me your Patreon email on discord and I'll add you to the Alpha track.
Lastly, I want to thank every single Patron for supporting the app through all the stages of development. The app had a bumpy start but I truly am thankful that everyone stuck with it.
