In a fight between two similar weight combatants, technique counts for much more than raw strength. This is immediately obvious when one fighter has some training and the other has none at all. There's no chance. It's a completely one-sided contest.
When both combatants are well trained, though, strength can absolutely shine through- ESPECIALLY when the strength advantage is COMPLETELY LOPSIDED.
