One a very straightforward soldier and committed founder of the BSAA, the other works for an ongoing string of shadowy organizations pursuing nothing but her own personal goals. You could call it a, uh, personality clash.
When their objectives cross, and things come to a head, sometimes there's only one way to resolve the situation. Neither of them is looking to outright kill the other, no guns or knives are drawn- but someone is certainly going down.
