K I’m not happy with this Scogan sketch, BUT I just want to be clear that these outfits are canon.

Also wanted to post a bunch of practice work/sketches/studies too. I've been watching art tutorials and I think I've figured out the main issues I've been having with my art. Now I just need to keep studying and put the advice into practice.

Ghost the Tomb Raider

I've been wanting to draw Ghost (and Soap) in Lara Croft's outfit for AGES, and its Hallowe'en so... Also, knowing Ghost and his many, many outfits/costumes (and how extra he always has to be), I know he's got this at the back of his closet somewhere.

Also I'm slowly figuring out a colouring style I think. Meaning I don't really colour lol, I just do everything greyscale and then add a low opacity layer of colour on top. I enjoy the process much more this way and it helps keep the value...

I wanted to draw a scene/backstory type thing and then spent 95% of the time working on the wagon. But it was fun! This wagon was a work of love lol. I've been trying to push myself a lot lately and try new things, but I'm still struggling quite a bit with scenes/anything that's not really just a character(s). I suppose it will come with practice and study.

This is old news now but I was SO excited about the Fallout skins, except I know really nothing about Fallout, and so I started sketching these ages ago and then gave up because yeah, wtf do Fallout people do anyway lol? Survive I guess?? OKAY BUT ANYWAY, I mostly drew these because the skins were… SOMETHING. I mean, they really just took each character’s head and stuck it on the same noodle body. We really missed out on beefy Soap in a skin-tight suit. 😭
