This video is really hard to share. Being seen in my anger, challenging. My fear is that if you see this side of me you won't like me. 

But this process of releasing anger daily has really made me feel calmer. It's interesting how as a woman I feel that anger is definitely something that is not allowed. Similarly with how men have been shamed for crying. Woman + anger = crazy. Man + sadness = weak. I trust that that distortion is going to change. And I promise you no cushions were harmed ...
