I'm finally recovered from Vertigo. Haven't had any dizzy spells since yesterday morning.
My passions for this new man in my life have sent my lungs out of control!!!! Woke up this morning and realised I was finding it hard to breathe! Too much excitement can clearly be a bad thing!
I've let go of the coffee and the alcohol, on Doctors orders with the vertigo.and am actually discovering that I'm better off without them. I need calm!!

This was made yesterday. I was uploading it when a friend offered to take me to the hospital. It had been uploading for an hour, with no luck, so it was obviously meant to be shared today.

Delicious humans, I am having to rush myself to the Doctor. I have been experiencing extreme vertigo and dizziness since the weekend. I was working all day yesterday to produce new content for the Christmas Countdown and in the end had to give in. I am not feeling well at all. it's 8pm and I'm on my laptop in bed, which is weird that I don't do this more often, because I normally work from my desk. This weekend!
Beautiful patrons, I am taking a much needed two days off......been a long time!
I need to get offline. So all of my content has been scheduled to land with you every day...so if I'm not replying until Monday, that is why!
I am going to be in a woman's retreat, doing yoga, dancing, sharing, eating good food, recovering my energy and taking time for myself.
