What is going on at Nordstrom?

Here's my latest video. I've never really spent any time in a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store before. They've recently had a few quarters of declining sales, so I figured I should go check a few stores out. The differences between the 2 stores are interesting. I also experienced quite a bit of "sticker shock" when looking at some of the price tags at a full line Nordstrom store.

The 2023 Montgomery Ward Christmas Catalog

Here's my latest video 😃 It's the holiday season, which means it's time to look at another Christmas catalog from an old department store chain. This time it's a new catalog from Montgomery Ward. I go into how and why this weird thing exists in the video. I have to apologize for the audio quality, I had some microphone issues while recording and also my sinuses were stuffy.

Hard drives suck 😡

The hard drive in the laptop I use for editing died a few days ago. I installed a new one, so it's up and running again. Thankfully, I didn't lose any footage. I'm pretty good about backing up footage. What I'm not good about is backing up the project files for the videos I'm currently working on. I was planning on putting a new video out on Sunday, but that video has to wait now. I have to basically start over again on editing it.
