I REALLY enjoyed this one. This breathing with the rounds being quite long led me into a beautiful meditation full of gratitude. I wish you all a beautiful journey. The final round you can choose to activate and go a bit deeper if you feel good by switching to mouth breathing.

One of my favorites for letting go of tension and stress always leading to beautiful deep meditations. Each round the breathing time increases by one minute with the 5th round being 5 minutes of powerful breathing.
