Have you ever tried stand up paddling (SUP)? You stand up on a board and paddle yourself down the river, we even hit some waves at one point! I tried it for the first time in Kochi, so you’ll see how I did in the video😂

I’m currently editing the videos from Micaela and I’s trip to Shikoku! Dug up this gem to include in the video :) Must’ve been one of the first times we met. I remember how strange it was meeting her in person because I had watched her channel a lot before coming to Japan! I guess that’s how people feel when they meet me lol

I've got to limit the number of spaces for the two letter club tiers to 5 patrons each for the next couple of months. I'm going to be travelling around a lot (even more than usual lol) and I'm not confident I'll have the time to write my usual amount of letters to you guys. So, my Dad is one of those... conspiracy theorist hippies if you will... and doesn’t allow us to have any WiFi in the house. My MacBook doesn’t even have a place for me to hook up an internet cable so every time I come back to Canada I’m left without internet for my MacBook or a WiFi connection for my phone.

Recently got a FitBit Charge 2. It’s one of the cheaper options in the FitBit range but I’m really enjoying it! I think my favourite feature is the sleep tracker, it’s quite accurate. Kind of a shock to see how little I sleep though, but at least I know I need to work on it now😅 I’ve got a lot going on right now so I’m going to focus on reducing stress and taking better care of myself this month while I’m back visiting my family in Canada.
