Scope Cruiser
Added 2022-09-13 20:45:09 +0000 UTCA quick redraw of Scope Cruiser, one of our New Vegas companion OCs and a minor character in Noelle's story. Plus some of his old concept sketch from last year.
Scope is a Californian young man who came looking for a more permanent job in the Mojave. He met Noelle at Primm and was her first humanoid companion in the story, although a temporary one. He later joined the sniper lookout team at Novac as Noelle and Boone started to go outside more. Noelle also gave him her varmint rifle "Buddy" as a welcoming gift.
As a companion, Scope has the "Helping Hand" perk which grants the courier +5 in all skill check. He doesn't have a hard specialization in combat and is more of a jack of all trades.
