SnowStorm - Your opinion on Astrid's language

One of the characters that have been criticized by some people is Astrid, due to her modern English use, which broke their immersion apparently. (some even called that TikTok English, lol)
- Nox's and Torsten's English are obviously not Old English either (otherwise most wouldn't understand shit, and the rest would find it very annoying, starting with me), so they just use polite/dignified/proper English.
- Yrsa's English is a bit rougher and if the English is not proper at times during her lines, that's usually on purpose. I plan to make Astrja learn it a bit as well, and she will eventually reach the same kind of English as Yrsa.
- For Astrid, I wanted to use an insolent kind of English which should be quite advanced but sometimes using very funny/old/misused words as she self-learned from books. Astrid is kinda cheeky as well... and therefore, the English used for her quickly ended up being a modern time teenager's English...
I wonder what did you feel about Astrid's way of talking in the demo?
Should it be reworked?

As a native English speaker, I did not have a problem with it Gleen. Didn't give it a lot of scrutiny since I was reading for the story. I was okay with it myself.
