Quick Update: Notification Changes for Better Performance

I've made some changes to the notification system to help keep the site running smoothly. To improve performance, I've turned off a bunch of notification types by default:
List activity notifications
Forum thread activity and mentions
Forum thread view notifications
~Achievement unlocked~ (removed completely)
~Achievement progress~ (removed completely)
Miss getting those notifications? No worries! Just head over to Settings → Notifications and you can turn back on whichever ones you want.
About achievement notifications: I've actually removed these entirely from the settings since they were causing some performance issues. But don't worry - you'll still get those achievement pop-ups when you unlock something new!
