Akali buff is quite big for her lane, outside of lane nothing of this matters, some matchups like yone akali is even more in her favor, whilst other losing matchups dont change, so i wont move her up a tier, but shes in a fine spot compared to some of the other ap assassins.

Think brand is a better botlaner than midlaner, so not sold on these changes. If you do want to play brand mid , go pick him vs tanky comps, vs things like ksante mid.

karma change dont matter

ekko up a tier, W shield buff is pretty massive, ability cost like 30 mana, can easily use it in lane to get extra CS, Easier to chase people down with Q buff aswell.

malza buff is nice, but not enough, this champ is terrible vs 90% of mages, syndra, ori etc. Even leblanc matchup is bad now that she goes statikk build.

Tristana change is interesting, honestly i think shes just too OP, so shes still S+, her kit is literally just perfect. Gank setup, scaling, early game winning, waveclear, early game skirmish strong. -2 mr - 30hp to have 4 more armor + 0.3 per level, sounds fine to me, matchups like jayce , zed yasuo etc is easier and gets easier, even with 30 less hp, cus their all ins happen later levels. even in mage matchups, armor matters.

Lethality item buffs is interesting, problem is just that most of those items are situational, serpent i dont think is good default buy, even with good lethality, umbral doesnt fit in your build.
