This will be pretty straightforward. As long as they satisfy the given criteria they will be added into the poll for voting.
Patrons at or above $5 but below the $10 pledge level can nominate one character,
while Patrons at the $10 pledge and higher can choose 2.

I'd like to suggest Komachi Onozuka from Touhou and Tamamo no Mae/Fate-Caster from the Fate series. I'm fairly certain people have made bases for them in mugen.
