Here are the full resolution / no watermarked versions of some of the photo montages I've been posting on my social profiles this past days.
They usually take hours to make and I usually do them early in the morning, as a trait for my followers. I don't like to plan them in advance, rather make them in sync with my state of mind that particular day.
Here are some insights on each one of them, in order:
- At the library - "Life is a mystery" (published Friday July 7). I've been dealing with several issues on Instagram, Youtube and Facebook this last weeks, and new problems keep surfacing every day. It's been days of emails going back and forth, only to discover nobody knows anything and that whats happening its unusual and strange. So yesterday (Thursday) I decided to stop dealing with all those negative things, accept I can't control any of that, and reward myself with two days of just write music. The image's background it's from a room on the house we rented for the tuxedo and red suit photoshoot, the picture of me is from the "Songs For A Better Future" cover photoshoot.
- Perspective (published Wednesday July 15). Again inspired by the ongoing trouble with social pages and the research, I figured out somebody would find useful that simple reminder: everything depends on the point of view. Pic of me from the "All Systems Go" cover photoshoot. Background taken from an architectural photo repository.
- Puma (published Monday July 13). I started the week already a little exhausted and in need of some inner strength (little did I know). So I recovered this pic from the Tux and Red photoshoot at a wonderful antique mansion.
- Train (published Friday July 10). Last week was also intense, and I was beginning to realiza I need a rest, so I started pulling the brakes. Artwork adapted from one of the "All Systems Go" original designs by Pablo Vazquez.
- Love yourself (published Thursday May 21). I don't know why I haven't shared this with you before (there's also the "butler pic", but I couldn't find the open file today). The montage is made with three different elements and I did it because I needed to remind myself that it's good to accept the love you get your way, yours or from others.
