Fish Fancier's Ex-Girlfriend

He decided to break up with her.  He knew she was a sorceress but thought she'd take it like an adult.  Instead, she became hugely and insanely angry.  In a flash of magic, his world changed.  The first unwelcome discovery was that he was now swimming about in Jakri's huge aquarium.  He was free of her but now limited by the heavy plastic of her 2000 litre aquarium.  The fact that he was now half a fish wasn't unexpected given he was breathing easily underwater. ...

Getting a sorceress angry is never a good idea.  He wanted to break up with her and ended up in her aquarium.  Free but limited by the glass and her magic.  One additional change, too, when he (now she) saw his reflection in the glass.

A Little Question

How many would be interested in helping me design the levels for Makayla's Quest?  It's hard to come up with ideas mostly by oneself.

Lithe and slinky, she just loves moving to the music.  Unfortunately, she often gets extremely hungry after a dance and will need a substantial meal to recharge.  Any handy mammal (even the musician) will do in a pinch.

Happy New Year

Well, we're into 2020 now (if only barely).  With a little luck and not too many meetings, our design team will make real progress on Makayla's Quest this year. 

Hotel Atlantica

I had this crazy dream about a hotel that allowed its guests to don very special mermaid costumes.  These costumes had built in gill systems and were powered so that the guests could really experience the underwater world outside the hotel.  Oh (BTW), the hotel is entirely underwater except for a small access island that the boats from the mainland dock at.

Goosed For The New Year

Years ago, I heard someone use the term "goosed" when describing a member of my family who had a touch too much New Year's Cheer at a family party.  Not quite the same meaning as this one, of course.

Makayla's Quest (Deertaur)

She's one of Makayla's friends in the original training level.  I haven't quite designed the quests she'll put the player through but since I want each level to be about 40 minutes of play, her component will have to be roughly 10 minutes in length.
