Better Than Takeout! Thai Girl’s Pad See Ew from Scratch
Before heading back to Saraburi, we made a quick stop at Khlong Sok in Surat Thani.
We dropped by to enjoy some matcha, coffee, croissants, and daifuku.
I had stayed here once before and even did a review, so I remembered how good their coffee was.
This time, they also had amazing matcha daifuku and freshly baked croissants.
Honestly, everything was so delicious it felt like I could fly!
I think I could easily eat two dozen daifuku without a problem.

Today, I’m heading to Saraburi.
We decided to eat at Yayoi, a restaurant inside the mall.
Yayoi is one of my favorite places to eat, especially for this one menu I love so much.
If you ever visit Thailand and crave Japanese food while traveling outside of Bangkok, I highly recommend Yayoi.
It’s delicious and never disappoints!

I’m taking you with me… to Koh Khokhao.
This island is a hidden gem—peaceful, stunning, and far away from the tourist crowds.
If you’re tired of the Phuket buzz and craving a quiet escape, this is the place.
But shhh… don’t tell anyone.
This island is my little secret—shared only with you.

Happy Songkran, everyone! Today, I’d like to share some moments from our traditional celebration. We began by pouring water over the hands of our elders to show respect. In the evening, we headed to downtown Saraburi—it was so much fun, though the traffic was heavy.
If you ever visit Thailand during Songkran, I highly recommend experiencing the festivities in the countryside. Riding in the back of a pickup truck and joining in the water splashing is an incredib...

Have been having productive months !
I did my nails – way better than I expected, like 10x better!
Finally changed my car’s front windows too.
Made pizza with my homemade mozzarella cheese – turned out pretty good!
Also baked Thai shortbread cookies for the temple tomorrow.
And today, I even painted the car park.
Busy, busy, but feeling proud!

This morning started with something unexpected — the neighbor’s sick dog, who had been neglected for a long time, came to die on the steps of my newly renovated house. I decided to bury it under the banana tree in my backyard. If I returned it, the owner would’ve just dumped it in the mountains.
I told them the dog came over while they were away, so I buried it myself.
After that, I drove out to get 5 liters of fresh milk to make mozzarella, ...

Life’s been crazy lately—I’ve been meaning to post pics, but there’s just no time!
Today I spent 49,000 baht on an AC (it filters PM2.5!) and 6,300 baht on car repairs.
Also cleaned the house, did yard work, cooked dinner, and even put up wallpaper at night.
Tomorrow, windshield repair.
Big thanks to everyone who supported me—your help means the world!

I’ve been thinking of creating some new AI-generated content, but I want to make sure you all understand what it’s about. This isn’t like the kind of adult content you might think of, like OnlyFans, where everything is exposed. What I’m thinking is to create fantasy-style robots or avatars that look like me, but with customized, stylish clothing. The idea is to make it look sexy and playful, but in a tasteful and classy way—not revealing or inappropriate.
I want to ...

Do you ever feel like the universe loves to make you spend money, even when you’re the type who prefers saving? Well, that’s me! I love watching my bank account grow, but this month? It’s been a financial rollercoaster. My dad was in the hospital, and although I didn’t have to pay for the treatment, there were plenty of other expenses: fuel, food, and caring for my parents. On top of that, I’m working on fixing up my backyard garden, which drained me. Picture this: my money’s blee...

My father has been experiencing chest tightness for several days. He went for a check-up today, and the doctors found that a significant portion of his heart muscle has died. The cause, according to the doctors, is a blocked artery. They have already administered a blood thinner and transferred him from local Hospital in to a hospital in Nakhon Sawan for an angiogram to assess the condition of his blood vessels.
My father has undergone bypass surgery. Two arteries were blocked, but he i...
