Public Release 0.8.4

Hello everyone, I hope you had a great summer.

This is a minor update. No need for a change log. The only new thing added is the public toilet mechanic. You can trigger it by getting busted by the guards from the lab facility or from the recollection room (which is still in construction, but at least you can do that).

Please note that you must have fart, pee, or scat enabled to trigger the scene, and if you go with only fart, some dialogues might not make much sense. Keep in mind ...
