Normally NiCO throws absolute hands with her electrified gloves- but she doesn't always need them. They wouldn't do much good if she wasn't also a very practiced fighter, capable of taking on the most skilled shinobi. Going up against a healer like Aerith, it's absolutely no challenge whatsoever.

The two fighting girls, Tifa and Cammy, definitely underestimated Lara Croft's physicality. She gets into a lot of trouble, fights a lot of stuff, and spends a huge amount of her time moving giant boulders and stone slabs. She's no slouch.

There are few things you can do to set up a harder mismatch than a fight against someone with 50% more limbs than you. At that point, strength and dexterity go out the window. Slamming into a stone floor surely isn't enough to stop a demon. If anything, she's only more attuned and intent on the fight now.
