Normally an argentine backbreaker is already a pretty vicious hold. The attacker pulls down on the victims chin/neck and leg, folding their spine in half across their shoulders. It's pretty agonizing and fairly inescapable if the victim has already been exposed to some damage before hand.

You can make the hold a bit more fun, though! One hand pulling down on the head still, but the other using a more... natural handle on the victim's body. Jett's got a demonstration for us here 😉
