Lots of steps here. The main interest is getting the red hair: I used a first layer of hand drawn graphite texture before blending my red colored pencil with it. Then, reworking the dark & light parts during the shading process.
The bust drawn this way by Patrick really pleases, me I wanted to give it a try, hehe!

This is a cropped view of the commission from Nicholas, the full drawing is gonna be sent to him very soon. The daddy dressing up is inspired by Joel for the videogame "The Last of Us".

This was so intimidating to draw as it's the very first panel where we clearly see for the first time this character. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the result, but it works well in the first page.
You can see I had issues with the jaw line. The technique I'm using makes the final rendering way beyond the earliest stages, but it means sometimes I struggle at these first steps before realizing it's okay when the work is all done, haha!

I was listening to this fantastic song by Eurythmics while drawing that guy, and I thought it would make a good title, seeing the look he's giving. Low-angle are the most difficult poses, it's a really good training.

This is how it's been done. Such a ride! I also added the dark shadows part that actually figures in the page 2 of "LUST".
Originally, I didn't think I would go for the whole classic view, I mean without the dark shadows, but I'm glad I did, he's making a good pin-up, hehe!

Okay, you saw him a bit in the dark, but let me reveal you the true nature of the character appearing in the second page of "LUST", in his full glory!
Now you can imagine truly how much time I spent on that panel, but it was worth it! I actually enjoy drawing such nature, jungle surroundings, hehe, and that fits the beast look he's empowering!

A little exercice to train myself and post something, as the comic is being born slowly but surely, hehe!
I enjoy adding a twist of colored pencil, so into the contrast of flashy color versus dark grey graphite rendering. Couldn't help showing some hairy body! ;-)
Very fun to focus on grabbing, dynamic poses. It's my thing, hands are very useful to help a character to express himself.
