I didn't remember how detailled I went on the legs and feet there. The smooth view shows better the muscle.
I focused more on the hero and the face expression, his mouth especially, but I went for a head a bit bigger there. Fortunately, in the layout of the page, the background goes to black/grey and the big head blends in, so it's less visible.

Hey folks! Back from the craziest weeks I ever had in my life, becoming a very happily married man! Crazy as I'm from a generation of gay guys who NEVER thought this would be possible. My husband and I fought got this right in France some years ago for all the LGBT people there, and this is a marvellous way to conclude this fight for us: in joy & peace.

The pose was special and the first from the serie so I decided to make a creative process from it. Pretty simple, it's interesting to see how the volumes give life to the dick here. The difficulty came from the perspective with the bodies and the bending.

It was yesterday at the bookstore Bulles Do in La Réunion island where I live. I feel very lucky & honored to get this chance here, not the most gay-friendly place you could think of and still, this comic serie has a lil success, even to straight people, comics fan who praise the art. This one was a long road, although at first I didn't picture this panel to be time consuming. Then I decided to add detailled background, and finally colors!
Anyway now it's another good promo image for the comic, and maybe used for the CLX shop.

Let's go 2 years ago for a throw back thursday with that sensual asian boy. I reworked a bit the contrasts. You see clearly where I was heading for the backgrounds in LUST chapter 1, hehe!
Also it amazes me that I was drawing already some veins here, cause it's a feature I was interested in later, lurking at my buddy Patrick Fillion's art!

I love this panel cause it turned out exactly how I had it in mind. The play with the perspective with the fire on the hot parts came afterwards, and it works well.
I was keen to show the hero suddenly in charge, as he seemed to let Silk do all the work. Something tells me you're gonna love the next page!

As usual, this is the perfect version to see the anatomy. I tend to go far, deep within the abs anatomy, but I know it's gonna get covered with hair, which blends the whole thing better. But still, nowadays I like more & more the smooth body I draw!
About the background I wonder if I went a bit too dark. Sure he's got the fire on his side, but it's a lot of dark that mixes with his dark hair. I might need to correct this later.

This one was a long road! I'm not using the same technics for the next fanart you chose, so I hope it's gonna buy me time.
Still, the final rendering goes beyond to what I expected first. At the sketch stage I remember not being that much crazy about it. When performing the shading, the character seemed to pop for me. And I must admit the colors do a marvellous work here.

I used full ink on this one, pretty rare for a portrait, then digital colors. Not perfect, but not that bad. I'm pretty surprised with the pure ink rendering, very Magnum! Will show you that in a step by step.

I never drawn so many sitting poses and full-lenght! I learned a lot along the way. I like this panel with the perspective and the way my characters are playing with one another.
