All graphite & all digital, a cool journey with a slightly quicker shadow rendering on the body, I spent a bit more on the shield, I like how it looks.

I didn't intend to go that far for this one, but I was so intrigued with the actual scars of the character the actor portrayed in "Black Panther" that I wanted to render them, see how it worked with colors... and then a very fast background that I enhanced with some heavy directional blur effect!
It was also a cool training with the shadows & lights in digital, still using the watercolor brush, a little smoother, it seems. Hope you like it!

Lots of shadowing is more readable in this original inked version. I didn't mention it before: the tattoos are all black in my mind & my art, the colorist really worked this well in its own edits!

The *simple* line art you saw before seems pretty far now, looking at the final piece, ha! I worked 3 different layers of shading, testing, practicing, I'm not that far from the right thing, and it's a good sign cause I ain't got much time to spend on that (and believe me, I spent HOURS on that illustration!).
Anyway, I think the end result looks great, such a beautiful model, nice pick, ...
