Eep! Running late!

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to give you all a head's up that this week's video will be a little late- I didn't have running water at my studio for a week AND had tonsillitis, but the plumbers got everything sorted out yesterday and my tonsils are on the mend, so I should have something posted for you all by Sunday at the latest! ❤️

While I can walk just fine in heels like this, trying to tap in them makes me feel like a baby giraffe! These are street shoes that I added taps to, so what I can do in them feels a little limited, but it was fun to play around. And please excuse my seams! I tried out a new approach to the a cappella tapping this week. I'm not sure whether I'll add it to the list of ways I think about making noises with my feet or not, but it was a fun experiment!

Breaking out the Glitz

Using this tailcoat has been on the list for a looooooonnng time! So long that I was waiting for the seasons to change to break it out, then missed the cooler months and got right back into hot weather! So, a little glitz, a lot of sequins (and even more sweat), and then so much chit chat while I take my shoes off that I couldn't find a clip with no talking to pull for social media!

Not as planned

As I mention in my random ramblings in the latter half of this video, this is just not what I had planned for this week, but I think I'm pretty happy with the  footwork, weird fitness dress, bare legs, squeaky feet giggle-fest that did happen (in spite of gremlin noises from the AC & failed hair flip)!

Oh, and I'd love to hear what you all think about the new backdrop!

Drowning out the thunder

And I make my return after a month off in the middle of a thunderstorm! I did my best to drown it out while I was dancing, but there was no way to do that once I took my shoes off...

Back in action for May

Taking a break

I've made the decision to take the month of April off from content creation, due to some burnout. I've paused billing for the month, so you won't be charged for it.

The videos on my website might be inaccessible for the first few days of April- I have to adjust a few things to make sure you can still access the posts with the billing paused.
