And I'm no ballerina- it's not a dance form I enjoy so much as recognize it's use in maintaining certain types of strength & flexibility. And while all of my chit chat is genuinely me (I can't manage to stay "in character" while rambling about whatever goes through my head) that topic does hit differently than a lot of the nonsense I ramble about in these videos. I get the idea that some people are trying to get back to a pre-pandemic normal right now, and with many life situations, it's a matter of finding what "normal" means now rather than trying to revert to what it used to mean... and know that it will keep shifting.

I really enjoy these cool down chit chat/random ramblings more & more each time. And as always, the dancing & teases were like rays of sunshine. Beautifully done & executed. You know what? Maybe one day you could incorporate some ballet into a video; just a thought. On a personal note, the final 16 seconds was the most poignant part of the chat sesh.
