Hi guys! Hope you're doing great. So we are still working really hard on the healthcare redux but in the middle of doing it I had an epiphany! What about my sims' teeth care?! Why is the teethbrushing interaction there just to give me a minty moodlet? What if I don't brush my teeth and eat nothing but sweets? Literally nothing! What if my sim child needs braces? More Useful EA Lot Traits

I use the game lot traits all the time but it seems some of them don't actually work the way they say they do (Child's Play) or they don't incorporate later packs (Great Acoustics). So I've overhauled Lot Traits to be more inclusive and more useful.

I'm still finagling with health insurance as it's requiring quite a bit of complex tuning and I just have to wrap my mind around whether the way I'm trying to do with multiple levels of insurance it is worth it v. taking the simple route of either you have it or you don't.

WIP Update (and exciting upcoming collaboration)!

Hi All! I'm going to be posting a few updates in a day or two. Some fixes to my mods and some new features reworked. But I'm also working on Part Two of Simulation Is Not Free in that I'm making venue fees and purchasable memberships and discounts to go with those venue fees. I made these to go with the upcoming Simulation Is Not Free: Part Deux (centering on venues and membership fees as was requested) and thought I'd release them separately since they SINF isn't required to use them but they will be helpful to those who use the mod. Healthcare Project

So I love a lot of the mods that tackle healthcare in the Sims and add new ways to get sick or to incorporate the sickness from GTW. But a) services either seems overpriced or underpriced b.) it requires me to use lots or c.) the mod is too big. I really want something between EA and something like Private Practice or Slice of Life. A middle ground. So that's really the impetus for me thinking through healthcare in the sims right now.

School Milestones Update

I'm so close to finishing the School Milestones Addons. Right now there's four new options:

• Random School Picture Day with random buffs (pop-ups in game randomly while children and teens are at school)
• Parents can Sign Up for Parent-Teacher Conferences (available M-F 4-8pm)
• Child sims can Buy Tickets to the School Dance. A friend will call them and invite them to go with them. They change into party clothes before the go. (available Th-S, 5-7pm)

University Application Overhaul

I love Discover University but was... underwhelmed... by the admissions/application process. It’s just... apply... and then you wait to get in, which is nice, but what if I wanted more? So I made this! Now when your Sim is ready to apply to university they will have to go through a slightly longer process before they can send their application.

Scarlet's Mod: No Weather Outfits Outside

Sims will no longer need to change out of their Everyday outfit into their Hot/Cold Weather outfits. Everyday outfits are now ok to use!

Note - When using this mod, please make sure Enable Temperature Effects On Sims is unticked (found in Game Options > Weather). If this option is ticked with this mod in, your Sims could freeze or burn to death.

Family and Youth Activities

I wanted to focus on some activities for the youth of the sims - toddlers, children, and teens. Sometimes you just need sims to go off, work on skills, and fill some needs while you play with other members of the household. There’s no shame in that!

Simulation is Not Free

I don’t know why in the Sims 4 so many things are free. The careers make tons of money but what do my sims need to buy to that really costs them money besides their houses, certain services, and build/buy modes?
