Progress Update

A good week- added 60 renders and 3 anims. 

This is likely to be the penultimate episode, with a short final episode/epilogue to follow (depends on the exact size of the files as I don't want to start a Part4 if at all possible). The story has been a corruption journey and I feel we have arrived, albeit with a few unanswered questions to resolve here at the end. As you know, I like my stories to have an end.

Early Release today

Chapter 22 is in early release today, starting with Hard Boiled Patrons

It includes 305 new renders and 10 new anims.

A good week- 80+ renders.

There's still a fair bit bit to do, but I'm hoping to finish mid-Monday leaving half a day for error checking- probably depends on how much I can get done tonight.  Fingers crossed.

A good week, lots of renders made- added another 70+ renders and 3 anims to the project.

However, I've spent a little too long on the current event so I'm about a day behind on the story. I'll 'cut my cloth' in the last event to make it fit so it shouldn't be a problem to hit the deadline.

A good week- added another 70 renders to the project.

However, still humming and hawing about which events to put in this episode and which to leave till later. I'm playing it by ear and waitng to see which ones "feel" right as I go. Some are contingent on other things happening so I have to get the order right too.

A pretty good week- added 50 new renders and a couple of anims to the project.

In this episode we see some of the attitudes and relationships hardening up- will the MC be happy with the way things are turning out? In life, you can't control everything!

Early Release today (v21.0)

v21.0 is in Early Release today starting with  Hard Boiled tier and above.

It has been a rush to get this out on time so I wouldn't be surprised if you find mistakes/errors. Please let me know if you spot something and if it is a critical error I'll make an update.

Sorry about the lateness- it's been a tough couple of days trying to get everything done in time. However, I am nearly there- currently checking and correcting. The update will be out later today. Thanks for your patience.

A good week in terms of renders added; another 70 to the pile. 

However, as fast as I catch up on the schedule, I encounter another blip and get behind again. I remain about a day behind. This isn't a big problem as there is one small event right at the end of the episode which I can cancel if required, but obviously it would be nice to include it so I will be working flat out to catch up today and tomorrow.

Still aiming for v21 early release on Sept 3rd.

A good week- added another 70 renders and an anim. 

Managed to get through a good number of renders this week- it helps when the scene environment (the beach) gives quick renders- but I'm a day or so behind on the story. I still need probably a couple of days before I can start on the last scene for which I'd scheduled 1 week.

Nevertheless, I still think I'm on track to get the next early release (v21) out on 3rd Sept.

A pretty good week- added another 65 images.

The render count is good but I am about 1 day behind on the story. I hope to catch that up this week.  This episode contains the last part of the 'D&D' and the 'bus' series',  and the penultimate 'garage' part. We also take our last visit to the beach.

The Journal (unabashed advert)

I wanted to let you all know about a new feature enjoyed by Patrons on the Red Hot tier- the Journal.

Rather than seeing the occasional sneak peak, Red Hot Patrons get a few renders every day.

The Journal contains a sample of the work that I have done each day. Attached is an example from last month's episode- this was how the Journal looked after the first week. By the end of the month, the Journal had 130 renders.

Progress Update

A pretty good first week- added 45 renders (a little lower than usual) and 4 anims( more than usual). 

Generally, anims take a long time to do and are not an efficient use of time, but sometimes are irresistible. They also help to create 'texture' (pauses) in the pace of the game.

I'm about a day behind on the schedule, but I should be able catch up this week.

News: 'payment declined' issue

Patreon have just informed me that one of their 'payment partners' has upgraded its systems and this has resulted in an increase in 'payment declined' occurrences.

They say there are two remedies; either use a different payment method/card, or, contact the card issuer to confirm it is a valid charge.

Apologies if this has happened to you- at least you now know why. I'm sure the 'payment partner' will want to sort out their glitch asap

v20 early release today

v20.0 is in Early Release today starting with Hard Boiled patrons and above.

It has been a challenge to get this episode out on time, so please forgive the lateness of the hour and also be aware that it hasn't had as much eror checking as I would like, but I thought it better to get it out. If you do find any errors, please report them- thank you.

A good week- another 70+renders added.

Taking a little longer than I hoped on one of the afternoon events so I'm about a day behind schedule on the story. I'm not concerned- I should be able to make this up in the coming week.

A big 'thank you' to everyone cooperating with the 'no piracy' request. As a result we have smashed the previous record for the number of Patrons. (the previous record was set when the game wasn't pirated for 12 days).
