Patreon price adjustment

I'm sorry, but I adjusted the price of Patreon.

($7-> $10)

And we opened an early access tier for those 

who want to experience it a little faster than offical build

You can experience it one or two weeks in advance.

As we are doing more work such as sound effects and animation than we thought,
