So there is three letters this time, because I thought we may have a problem by sticking to P and Q letters only.
What do you think? If you think there is enough characters with these letters then let's stick to these two but I feel like there is not that many (although I can name a few that are rather known.

Winner of the last poll is an oldie : Merle from Visions of Escaflowne.
Being honest that picture isn't very in character because I don't remember her being very concerned about her clothing but...she doesn't wear anything under that skirt, I think?
Anyway, it was basically the show that took me back into anime, especially because of that epic soundtrack by Yoko Kanno (also first Maaya Sakamoto big role, if you're into VA stuff).
