Being honest that picture isn't very in character because I don't remember her being very concerned about her clothing but...she doesn't wear anything under that skirt, I think?
Anyway, it was basically the show that took me back into anime, especially because of that epic soundtrack by Yoko Kanno (also first Maaya Sakamoto big role, if you're into VA stuff).

C'est sûr, c'était aussi l'époque où j'enregistrais les épisodes qui passaient en clair sur canal+ au magnétoscope, mince ça me rajeunit pas tout ça X). Seule ombre au tableau, ils se laissaient un peu aller sur les "nez trompette" dans cette anime!
