Progress Update 2019/10/21

Hiya, here's a look at what I'm doing right now. You might've already seen various permutations of this if you're on the Discord server, but here's a full-on preview of Mamako being menaced by some tentacles. Obviously this is a little different from my usual stuff (>w>) and the, uh, "variants" took longer to make. But now I only need to finish the shading, and then boom!

Damsel Yearbook: Chun Li

Something I've been planning for a little while is that if a month's winning theme also matches a damsel I already did a sketch of, I'll try to finish that sketch up. In this case, that gives us the first woman in fighting games herself!

Morrigan was interesting to draw because she's a succubus, so naturally she's going to look a little different depending on who's drawing her and what they feel a seductive woman should look like. Damsel Yearbook: Noel Vermillion

This one was fun! I haven't played BlazBlue since the second game, but everyone on the Discord really wanted to see this newer design of Noel. I wanted to do something interesting with the pose, so I based it off the special move cut-in image from Cross Tag. Noel looks very determined in that, so changing it to this creates an interesting effect. I imagine someone just came into the room she's tied up in, and she's like "Help! I'm over here!"
