Good news and Meh News. Deja vu?? The Good News is that I've finished the cover of Check, Please!: Sticks & Scones. This time around, you'd think it'd be easy to draw Bitty beckoning a reader into an exciting pie-filled adventure and to fill a cover with interesting story cues and narrative hints. You would think that! But this time around, it was so much harder. I dunno, I felt the pressure....I got in my head...I kept imagining the book in stores...the worst case ...

I'm currently coloring this comic! I haven't colored anything in over a month, so I'm working on pencils and roughs before digging into this comic. This comic is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. While I love writing dramatic, emotional comics—few things beat making goddamn stupid comics about SMH.
