Well...hmmm. So, I did make a lot of progress over the weekend. But the only $10 patron I had dropping out kinda put some of what I did on the backburner. I still want to see if I can can create the mixed media rewards as something to draw more patrons at higher tiers, but without any actual patrons at that tier I'll probably drop it down the priority list... I'm mostly caught up with the regular work I missed out on. Better yet, I managed to spare the time to look over Jaylee's short, "Eros Academy: Tali's Second Day." Sooooo....

A tornado touched down less than three blocks from my house last night. Unsuprisngly it knocked out the power for pretty much my entire normal working period (I do most of my work, both 'day' job and on the game, evenings and nights). It's going to take me at least a couple of days to catch up on the regular-work contracts and such that I lost time on, so don't expect to hear much from me for a few days.

Woohoo, I made it! Even if just barely. I'm exhausted and running on very little sleep, but the update is done. Minor Scene Pack Update

Sooooooooooo, I horribly horribly underestimated how long it would take me to code the new scenes. I've been at it for 7 solid hours so far, and I've only done 3/9. Having said that DON'T PANIC. You know, if you're prone to panic. The three scenes I've already finished were BY FAR the longest/most complex of the three. So, all this means is that I didn't hit the "early A.M." release to match the Public Update.

Alright! The first update is now live for the Public! The links in the main post have been updated to Eros Academy 1.11. In addition to the updates covered HERE. I've updated the main screen image, fixed an error or two, and added a Arousal and Inhibition display to the top left corner. General Progress Update

Public Release

The public release of the last update should occur early in the A.M. on the 3rd. Technically this is a very mildly new version, as I'm planning to add the arousal/inhibition on-screen tracking to the public release. It was supposed to be in the first release, and so I don't feel too bad about tacking it on for the public release.

So, I'm plugging away at the minor scene pack. I've ended up making far more new locations than I had originally intended. So far, Faith's Apartment has been joined by both the Glory Corner, the above featured Indoor Beach, and a third room I'm only partially finished with.

So, I've been wracking my brain on and off, trying to figure out a more long-term bonus for the $10+ Reward Tiers, and I think I might have finally come up with something.

Silly me, I should know better

So, one of the minor scenes (or really two, sorta) I wanted to make for the minor scene pack was a sort of "Glory Hole Corner" that Faith would find while wandering around the Academy (which is going to be an option now). Stuffs and Things

Knocked out a couple of renders for one of the minor scenes (for the minor scene pack update) today. I'm also fiddling with something that I had intended to be in the previous update, but ran out of time. 

Namely, a display that will continuously show Faith's Arousal, Inhibition, and Stamina off in a corner. Since there are now gated scenes that rely on these(well, there are for Arousal and Inhibition), I'm aware how annoying it is to have to go clear back to the Hallway menu to see what ...

Faith's Apartment

Well, I've gotten Faith's Aparment fairly fleshed out. I'm a little concerened as to the size of a few of the rooms. Proportionally they are correct, but the end sizes are going to make camera placement a little awkward sometimes. Still, I'm largely happy with the results!

Sadly, I'm much less happy with the end results of recent Daz purchases. I had hoped to be able to get two new male models out of what I got, but I think I'm only going to manage one. The character model I bought to go with ...

All renders for the update were completed early in the a.m. this morning. The major scene ended up amounting to 16 needed renders, on account of being the first major scene to have a variable result dependant on Faith's stats.

Good news, mostly. I really need to stick with my planning better. Short Story: Eros Academy: Tali’s Beginning

Just a couple updates

Jaylee's got the new draft for the first short done, and I'm impressed. Apparently, rather than rewriting it, she pretty much scrapped it and started over. She always waits a day between finishing something and editing it, so that she forgets the exact wording and can stop mistakes easier, so it should be up either late tommorrow, or earlish Sunday.

Spent what free time I had today trying to create the Jacuzzi/Hot tub room, something I hadn't actually done yet. I was shocked, very shocked, that I couldn't/can't lay hands on the assets needed to make it. Namely, there don't seem to be any suitable models out there for a Jacuzzi/Hot tub.
