My latest video is up, it's all about a trip to New York I took last week, and some of the weird objects I found there. But the video also has a twist.

My latest video is all about the various times countries have elected a president or prime minister who isn't from that country's dominant racial group. I tried hard to come up with a punchy way of expressing this thought, but the best I could muster was "OTHER OBAMAS."

New chapter added to the Canada Guide

Thanks to the generosity of you people, my Patreon backers, I was able to finish up a new chapter of my fancy new Canada Guide website.

The new chapter is called "Quality of Life in Canada," and it's basically a survey of various leading indicators of how good (or in some cases, not-so-good) life is for people in this country. We look at stuff like the wealth and health of Canadians, the cleanliness of the Canadian environment, and the rights of women and children in the country.
