I really enjoyed this and now want to have therapy. BTW I had to contend with my own voice echoing back in my ears a second after I spoke and also a scrolling text window of naughty schoolchildren taking the piss and mucking about so it was ADHD torture but I enjoyed it so what does that say about me and my internalised trauma?

Good News and Bad News

Bad news is I’ve got a cold and feel like pure shite. So I’ve had to move our lovely psychotherapist session to NEXT MONDAY THE 27th AT 9PM UK TIME. Sorry!

Cancelling on a Psychotherapist who knows you intimately from podcasts is harder than you think. She wondered if I was really ill or just stressed and nervous. 😂 Which shows she’s the real deal. But I am honestly full of cold, thanks to those adorable little germ-sponges- children.

I’ve spent the week riding miniature steam trains with a puppy. It’s the only way I can relax these days. I had planned to record a podcast whilst away but Coen (wisely) didn’t want to go to Peppa Pig World so my solo day became a Father/Son day. Anyway, I’ll record and post tomorrow. Nico next week. Just in the bath. Added ‘bath oil’. Bath became too slippery to sit up in. Can’t read book as constantly sliding down. Knocked the candle over, burning my hand with wax. Then in the dark I washed my hair with dog shampoo.

A week off the booze done.
