Here is my 10 minute warm-up yoga routine from yesterday. I do this prior to my 20 minute power yoga routine.

I've said before that I remember doing this as a kid. I had no idea it was a good inner abdominal strength exercise. It's not an easy exercise! I also have a friend who says I'm an athlete and have an athletic body. I like that! One of my favorite things is fitness.💪
I've been talking about it for a long time but have never followed through. Now's the time!
