I'm sure there is a more time efficient/post saving way to do this without clogging up y'alls feed for a bit, but I'm stubborn and lazy, so let's start from the beginning. Maybe it'll make a little more sense this way?

These are REALLY weird to do on the iPad, I've realized, and I'm. A bit skeptical with how they're turning out. But the point of a storyboard/animatic project is to move things along, not necessarily to make every single panel perfect(Laughs at myself, cause who am I kidding, I really tried a lot on those last few recent ones sighs)

I also got stuck with how to progress this(cause it's all jumbled and out of order) and figured, "Well, it's been so long, and I really owe my patrons a 'treat' fo...

DnD Night: Character Stats

My faithful Patreon Sith Apprentice(Mags) requested a mini-comic for an update this month, so I made one out of a Skype joke she made that I COMPLETELY misread LMAO (I'm a dyslexic mess who didn't realize my mistake until AFTER the comic was finished, and it's not an easy change so. SHRUGS)

ALso, this wouldn't be the entire DnD group, of course. 1.) I didn't have it in me to draw EVERYONE at that table, so let's just imagine that Maggie already hashed out character sheets with the other four, ...

Look at my shitty alien technological concepts. I always imagined that their world/technology and such were more decayed, more... ancient. Archaic. But still whimsical and magical enough to fit their ridiculously neon aesthetic....

Lucky Update 25

Trying to do this stuff on the iPad is a double-edged sword. On one hand, there's lots of cool new stuff I can use in this program: fonts, brushes, etc. On the other hand, it takes MUCH longer to do something as simple as this and backgrounds have become another beast entirely. I might need to do some background practice on it this week, just to figure out how to make it work again without the custom brushes I had in Sai. Sobs.

Fun Fact: My tablet no longer works on my computer so I've shifted to working completely on my iPad. It's taking some adjusting, and I think it'll look weird for a little bit while I'm trying to figure out the brushes and settings and UI, but so far, I'm really enjoying it. My only complaint being that I keep having to stop to charge the pen and I haven't figured out any shortcuts yet.

This one was killer. I try to not get too burnt out from doing things like this all in one sitting, but I really haven't EFFECTIVELY figured out another way to work. I've tried doing "sketch" days, "ink" days, "color" days, but it bores me to no end to work that much without having at least ONE finished piece at the end of the day. I'll figure something out.

I have been in a car for 75% of the day today, and I felt like absolute death, but once Sai gets in shape, I'm knocking out a BIG order before bed. God speed, Spider-Man.
